1. Team members are Student-Athletes. (student first
– athlete second)
2. Team members must abide by all UIL and school rules.
3. Team members must maintain an E or S in conduct in
all classes and be an appropriate role model for other students.
4. Team members must maintain a proper attitude toward
other team members, coaches, officials, spectators, etc.
5. No team member may practice or compete unless all
paperwork is completed correctly, turned in all at one time, checked and
approved by the coach.
6. Team members must attend all practices and competitive
events on time and be dressed appropriately to participate. Practice
starts promptly at 4:00 PM according to the gym clock unless otherwise noted
by the coach.
7. Team members will stay with the team and be on task
during practice, and competitive events. Coaches’ permission is needed
to leave the team.
8. All practices are closed unless indicated otherwise
by the coach.
9. Team members will wear only JMS issued gear before,
during, and after the games!
10. Team members must be picked up 10 minutes after
scheduled practice ends or bus arrives at school.
11. All team members riding a bus to competitive events
must return with the team after the final game unless the coach chooses
to release the team member to his/her parent with the proper ID and signature.
12. Team members are responsible for the care and replacement
of all damaged or lost equipment.
13. All coaching decisions are FINAL!

2nd Infraction:
Student/athlete receives (1) game/meet
suspension
3rd Infraction:
Student/athlete looses all rights of
team membership
